Barker House
The Barker House is important because it was the home of Penelope Barker, the instigator of the famous 1774 Edenton Tea Party that put all of London on its heels. Today, the house serves as Edenton's living room where all visitors are welcome.
Open year round 10-4 daily. Admission: free. Home to the Edenton Historical Commission.
