Edenton’s rich cultural tapestry weaves together the past and present. Our museums celebrate history with creativity. Experiential home tours feature enchanting period music, with plays and reenactments that breathe life into history. A rotating exhibit of locally crafted pottery and paintings honors the coastal traditions that define Edenton.
The Chowan Arts Council has relocated into Cheros Building adjacent to Edenton’s waterfront park. The Gallery Shop offers unique, affordable works by local and regional artists of all mediums. Exhibits are rotated monthly.
The gallery is handicap accessible, and admission is free.
