Edenton’s Sounds of Summer Concert Series is back and better than ever, offering a brand new concert series for Summer 2025!
Now in its third year, this beloved tradition is the best time to celebrate Edenton’s welcoming community, beautiful location on the Albemarle Sound, and love of good food and music.
This celebration of live music and community brings together locals and visitors for sensational entertainment and family-friendly fun.
Set against the backdrop of the gorgeous Albemarle Sound, concertgoers can bring blankets and chairs to lounge on the waterfront green near the Roanoke River Lighthouse or even sail their boats right up to the waterfront docks and listen to the show!
This year’s concert series kicks-off on April 11th at 5 p.m. with Boogie on Broad, a fun annual street party held in downtown Edenton.
This free, family-friendly event will feature the high-energy sounds of Nature Out Loud, offering kids an exciting mix of interactive and kid-friendly tunes.
At 6 p.m., The Adrian Duke Project takes the stage, bringing their signature blend of New Orleans funk, soulful blues, and rock-infused rhythms to keep you dancing all evening!
Attendees can also enjoy food trucks, drinks, a bounce house, and face-painting for the kids.
Bring your lawn chairs or blankets, wear your dancing shoes, and get ready to boogie the night away during the Sounds of Summer Boogie on Broad!
But the summer fun doesn’t stop there! The Sounds of Summer Concert Series continues all summer long with additional bands playing on June 14th and August 9th.
Each concert promises a diverse lineup of talented musicians spanning various genres, ensuring a vibrant and dynamic experience for attendees.
Of course, residents and visitors can also enjoy food trucks, kid-friendly events, retail vendors, and a beer garden at The Trolley on the Waterfront by The Herringbone.
